    Like best: In case you are like me: busy, stay at home mom with inconsistent opportunity to get to the gym but with the drive and determination to reclaim your pre-baby bod, then KEEP READING! After having three babies within 5 years, my body has taken a serious toll and I was unhappy with my overall physical and emotional health. Looking in the mirror made me mad that I’d allowed myself to get so out of shape. I’m ONLY TWO WEEKS into a 6 week program and I’m already seeing huge changes! My body is quickly changing back into the body I remember being proud of! At the end of 2019, I knew I wanted to make a serious change in 2020. A change that would help me get back into shape and improve my poor self image. So I made a goal to get to the gym at least 4 times per week. For one whole month, I spent time doing cardio in the gym and since February 1st, I’ve been on Shelbys “quick home workouts” program after finding her through my mom and I’m so glad I chose to dive into her program! Am I perfect? No, I’ve only completed two weeks of the 6 week program but I have got some serious motivation with how effective this plan is! It’s incredibly encouraging to keep going when you’ve got visible results. I haven’t even met Shelby but I feel so thankful for her because she had given me my confidence back!
